Description
Ecosyl 100 silage additive for clamped grass and legumes contains MTD/1, a unique high performance strain of Lactobacillus plantarum. MTD/1 has supporting trial data from a wide range of crops and ensiling conditions and has been proven to improve fermentation and animal performance.
When used at the recommended rate, Ecosyl 100 applies 1 million MTD/1 bacteria per gram of forage. All the bacteria are active immediately, resulting in a rapid and efficient fermentation, reducing fermentation losses and improving the palatability and nutritional value of the ensiled forage.
Please note the use of silage additives cannot be expected to overcome poor silage making practices, highly adverse weather conditions or unsatisfactory feeding-out procedures.
